AI-focused technology consulting firm Tenarai has appointed Hemant Kumar Ravi as Vice President of Human Resources to strengthen its leadership team as the company accelerates its global growth and enterprise AI ambitions.
In his new role, Ravi will lead the company’s global people strategy, overseeing HR transformation, AI-enabled talent initiatives, and leadership development across operations in India, the US, the UK, Latin America, and the Middle East and North America.
According to an HR Today report, Ravi joins Tenarai with more than two decades of experience in human resources, organisational transformation, talent strategy, and HR technology. Before this appointment, he served as Vice President and Head of People Experience & Talent Transformation at Infogain, where he was responsible for global leadership development, people technology, talent acquisition, total rewards, campus hiring, immigration, and AI-driven talent architecture.
Before Infogain, Ravi held the position of GCC Leader of Talent Acquisition & People Advisory at EY, leading talent acquisition and people advisory initiatives for global capability centres.
He also worked as Program Leader of People Tech Transformation & Analytics at Third Bridge Group, advising organisations on HR technology, people analytics, succession planning, leadership capability, and operating model transformation.
His career also includes senior leadership roles at Casagrand Builder, with earlier assignments at Kantar, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Accenture, Randstad India, Wipro Technologies, Reliance Industries, Reliance Energy, Larsen & Toubro, and Cognizant.
Across these organisations, Ravi has built expertise in workforce transformation, talent management, employee experience, organisational design, and digital HR.
