YES BANK has appointed Ruchita Amey Kadu as VP of Employee Relations & HR Compliance (West), strengthening its people leadership vertical. 

YES BANK has appointed Ruchita Amey Kadu as Vice President of Employee Relations & HR Compliance (West), strengthening its people leadership vertical. 

In her new role, Kadu will oversee employee relations and HR compliance across the region. She will also be responsible for strengthening workplace practices, ensuring regulatory adherence, driving employee engagement, and supporting the bank’s people-first culture. 

Kadu brings more than 16 years of experience spanning employee relations, industrial relations, HR compliance, workforce management, and people operations. She joins the bank from Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, where she served as Chief Manager of Employee Relations, leading initiatives to strengthen employee relations frameworks and foster a compliant workplace environment.

According to a People Matters report, earlier in her career, she spent nearly seven years at Mahindra Finance as Deputy Manager of HR, where she gained extensive experience in HR operations, workforce management, and employee relations. 

Her professional journey also includes HR leadership roles at Bisleri International, Reliance Retail, and NSD Global Trade, providing her with experience across financial services, retail, and consumer businesses.
